POLICY
1. Scheduling
· Notice Period: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is preferred for all requests. Emergency or last-minute requests will be accommodated based on availability and may incur an additional fee.
· Attendance: Only pay for services needed. If your child wont be present a certain day, do not pay for it.
2. Rates
3-HR Childcare Service: $10 per day
4-HR Childcare Service: $13 per day
6-HR Childcare Service: $20 per day
8-HR Childcare Service: $25 per day.
14-HR Childcare Service: $45 per day.
Overnight Weekend Service: $150. A $25 deposit is required to secure the service and it will go towards the total cost.
Laundry Service: $15 per load.
Transportation: starting at $5
3. Payments
Pre-Payments are required. I WILL NOT provide services without payment first. All payments must be made ONLINE ONLY. A link will be provided to you after you book services.
4. Health and Safety
· Illness: For the safety of the nanny and the household, services cannot be provided if the child has a contagious illness, fever, or rash. Please notifyme as soon as symptoms appear.
· Emergency Contact: Parents must provide a primary and secondary emergency contact number.
· Medication: Infant/Children Tylenol or Infant/Children Motrin will be the only over-the-counter medications given to a child with fever, unless restricted by parent.
5. House Rules and Expectations
· Behavioral Boundaries: Parents should outline specific disciplinary methods used in the home to ensure consistency. Positive redirection, cool-down corners, and emotional validation will be used.
· Screen Time: Unless otherwise instructed, screen time (TV, tablets, video games) will be limited to 30 minutes per session.
6. Transportation Driving
I will not transport children in a vehicle unless previously agreed upon, and appropriate car seats are provided by the parents.
7. Meals and Allergies
· Allergies: Parents must provide a comprehensive list of all food allergies and sensitivities.
· Meal Prep: Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, & Dinner will be provided.

7. Communication
· Call/Text me as you please. I do not mind. I understand :)
